Understanding Game Modes and When to Use Them

Before you tee off, you’ll need to select one of two game modes: GPS or GPS+Track. This will determine how your Shot Scope device functions during your round. Here's a breakdown of each mode:

GPS Mode

• Functionality: Provides distances to the FMB of the green along with many other data points.
• Performance Tracking: Not available in this mode. No data will be collected for shot tracking or performance analysis.
• Best For: Golfers who only need yardages during their round without any performance tracking.

GPS+Track Mode

• Functionality: Combines GPS distnaces with the added benefit of performance tracking.
• Shot Tracking: Collects data on every shot you take, including club selection, shot distances, and more, allowing for in-depth performance analysis after the round.
• Best For: Golfers who want both accurate yardages and detailed performance insights.
